About the Teacher

Hello! My name is Miss. Chiarappa, I am an ENL teacher at Richmond Hill High School. This is my 6th year teaching at Richmond Hill, and 6th year teaching in general. I am from Long Island, but I live in Queens now. I speak Spanish, Italian, and some Turkish. I lived in Italy and Turkey. I went to university at Stony Brook University, where I studied Linguistics, teaching English, Spanish, and Italian. I love teaching because I enjoy helping people to learn new things, especially language!

 

Outside of school, I enjoy cooking, reading, watching TV, traveling, and decorating cakes. I have a cat named Cheerio <3
