good morning good day good afternoon good evening to our Queen South High School Community my name is Baxter Josephine you both and I'm proud to serve as your new suit the Queen South High School's I wanted to just take some time to say welcome I am excited about the work that we would engage in this school year do our leaders teacher guidance counselors social workers Kara's School Aids secretaries families and students I am looking forward to the work that we will do in partnership with one another as a leader I understand that I serve in a capacity that is grounded in service I want to ensure that as we move into this we are we think about how we serving our children families and Greater Community I will be working until duration to make sure then our children are successful features you have one of the most important jobs and our education. you are tasked with cultivating I'll children's intrinsic abilities building our children intellectual capacity and working to ensure children leave our high schools prepared to move into college and the careers that they aspire to have I want to start from a place of gratitude for the work that you do and will continue to do this school year thank you to our Queen South High School Community for having me allowing me throughout the year to come into your school pop into your classroom partner with you in order to lift the achievement and the 6s about what school our vision is grounded in nurturing our students our families out Partnerships on one Accord to ensure that all children are able to explore achieve and succeed we believe in like seeds what you nurture will grow our goal is to always plant seeds of Excellence sparking innovation elevating Equity access and diversity ensuring accelerated learning developing Student Self advocacy and strategically partnering with students families partnership that is our vision and Mission and with you all I know that we can see our vision and Mission come to life real time Alex what's the year the pump be excited to going to do amazing things together have a great school year
