Dear Student,
On Wednesday, March 22nd, you will be taking either the SAT Exam (11th grade), the PSAT 10 Exam (10th grade) or the PSAT 9 Exam (9th grade) during the school day. Seniors will report to the auditorium. Classes will not be in session. Doors will open at 8:00 am for entry, breakfast will be served up until 8:30 am. Your room number will be emailed to you next week. Please be sure to check your NYC DOE school email!
The exam will take between 3-4 hours and there will be short breaks between each section.
After the exam, you will take the NYC School Survey in the classroom. Lunch will be period 8. You may bring a water bottle or drink if it is not in a glass bottle. Students must bring their:
● Richmond Hill High School photo identification card
● Two (2) sharpened #2 pencils
● A good eraser
● Two (2) pens with blue or black ink.
All phones, Apple Watches, and electronic devices that have access to the internet, will be collected in the classroom before the exams. You will have these devices returned once the exams are completed. The devices will be held in the classroom you are taking the exam in with your ID so be sure to have your ID with you!
***YOU MUST ARRIVE ON TIME (8:00 am for breakfast or 8:30 am for entry to your exam room) FOR THE PSAT or SAT EXAM. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TAKE THE
EXAM IF YOU ARE LATE. PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY***
