Dear RHHS Community:
It is with great sadness I write to inform you that, after ten years of service as principal
of Richmond Hill High School, I will be stepping away to serve in another role in the
Department of Education.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of meeting and working with many exceptional
people in this community. Together, we have transformed Richmond Hill High School from an institution that was closing into an institution that is recognized across NYC for preparing its students for post-secondary success. I feel so fortunate to have been a part of this process. For this and a myriad of other reasons, Richmond Hill High School will always hold a special place in my heart.
I will always be grateful for all of your support and dedication in assisting me to make Richmond Hill High School such a successful institution. All of our students, parents, and faculty will always have a special place in my heart. It should be all of our desires that this marvelous transformation that Richmond Hill High School has undergone will continue into
the future so that our students will always be successful and outstanding members of our
society.
